Wire Rod Mill Line Layout
28 stands rolling mills are arranged on the whole خط مطحنة قضبان الأسلاك. The short stress rolling mill (مطحنة التخشين) and intermediate rolling mills are DANIELI short-stress rolling mill line models, و 16 horizontal and vertical arrangements.
Pre-finishing mill φ 285 (2 مجموعات) horizontal and vertical alternate arrangement and finishing mill (10) are all Morgan block mill, of which the finishing mill is a 45° top cross (φ230×5+φ170×5) no twisted wire rod mill.
The rough and medium-rolled 16 are arranged in a single strand wire rod mill line, and the pre-finishing to the collecting and collecting station is a double-line arrangement.
After a whole year’s installation, it can be put in production.
