The 950mm hot-rolled strip steel project is an efficient metal material processing technology that mainly involves heating, rolling, cooling, and other processes on metal plates to ultimately obtain high-quality hot-rolled strip steel. This project has a wide range of applications, not only covering traditional industries such as construction, automobiles, and home appliances, but also adapting to the special needs of emerging industries such as high-speed railways and new energy.

The construction and installation project of the 950mm hot-rolled alloy strip process upgrade project of Xi’an Hanyi Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd. mainly includes the construction and installation of the entire 950mm hot-rolled alloy strip process upgrade project (except for the main factory floor), including but not limited to rock and replacement treatment, commissioning, trial operation, completion acceptance and defect elimination, and delivery.
After the completion of the project, it will help the local area achieve safe, stable, efficient, and low consumption steel production, seize local steel market resources, and contribute to the current development of green economy. The project adheres to high standard construction, strictly abides by the bottom line of safety production, formulates and improves construction measures, ensures personnel safety and quality safety, and promotes efficient project performance through the “four constructions”.
During the project construction process, by reasonably interspersing the work surface, organizing and coordinating on-site personnel and equipment, reversing the construction node plan, from monthly plan, weekly plan, decomposition to daily plan, using assessment mechanisms, etc., ensure that all work is completed on time; Later, due to continuous rainfall, it is estimated that the arrival time of the rolling mill memorial archway may be delayed, and the topography of the new plant area causes rainwater to flow back to the site for construction and other reasons. The project department implements the development concept of efficient construction, communicates with the owner and the transport driver in a timely manner, determines the transport location at all times, and formulates a preparatory plan to promote the project construction; The project personnel actively went to the site to assist in drainage of rainwater, and finally ensured the success of the first lifting of the mill memorial archway.
