What We Deliver

For new steel plants and large expansion projects. As the EPC contractor, HANI assumes unified responsibility across overall planning, coordinación de equipos, fabricación, instalación, puesta en servicio, and operator training—managing the whole scope through a single point of contact.
From billet reheating, laminación, enfriamiento, and shearing to collecting and conveying, HANI manages the interface between each equipment package—precisely the stage where most projects lose schedule and budget. During installation, engineers are stationed on site until the customer’s operators can run the production line independently.
2. Laminador & Rolling Production Lines
We design and manufacture complete rolling production lines for bars, varilla de alambre, refugio, anglos, strip steel, platos, bobinas, y secciones (vigas I, canales, C-sections, square bars), as well as spring steel and various carbon steels.
Equipment scope includes roughing mills, intermediate mills, pre-finishing mills, molinos de acabado, along with short-stress mills, universal mills, open and closed type mills, and three-roll mills; auxiliary equipment covers flying shears, multi-length shears, high-pressure water descaling systems, walking-beam cooling beds, straighteners, accelerators, reducers, and hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder systems.
Typical track record: 200,000 t/y combined bar and wire rolling line, 300,000 t/y high-speed wire rod line, 450 strip steel line, ∅14–∅40 mm bar and rebar lines.
3. Horno de fabricación de acero / EAF & Inducción
For steel plants needing to extend upstream toward the rolling mills. HANI evaluates both the electric arc furnace (EAF) and induction furnace routes together with refining, fundición continua, furnace auxiliary equipment, and downstream rolling requirements—deciding the steelmaking stage in isolation is exactly why many plants end up with “continuous casting capacity that doesn’t match rolling mill capacity.”
4. Repuestos para acerías
We supply mill rolls, guías, aspectos, mangas, ejes, acoplamientos articulares universales (SWC/SWP), cuchillas de corte, componentes del horno, and various wear parts.
HANI’s standard stock items ship in 7–14 days; non-standard custom parts in 30–45 days, subject to plant capacity; entire line customization is negotiated separately. HANI accepts brand licensing and OEM cooperation.
