Wire Rod Mill Line Layout
28 stands rolling mills are arranged on the whole wire rod rolling mill line. The short stress rolling mill (Moulin à ébourignage) and intermediate rolling mills are DANIELI short-stress rolling mill line models, et 16 horizontal and vertical arrangements.
Pre-finishing mill φ 285 (2 sets) horizontal and vertical alternate arrangement and finishing mill (10) are all Morgan block mill, of which the finishing mill is a 45° top cross (φ230×5+φ170×5) no twisted wire rod mill.
The rough and medium-rolled 16 are arranged in a single strand wire rod mill line, and the pre-finishing to the collecting and collecting station is a double-line arrangement.
After a whole year’s installation, it can be put in production.
