1. Bearing Casting and Maintenance of Rolling Equipment
In order to avoid the problem that Babbitt alloy and bearing bush are not firmly connected during the casting of the bearing bush, the bearing bush parts shall be thoroughly cleaned during the maintenance process to prepare for the maintenance. Generally, when cleaning the bearing bushs of rolling equipment, alkaline water is selected to eliminate various oil stains left at the bearing bush position. After cleaning, the residual water in the bearing bushs shall be wiped dry, and then the bearing bush shall be cleaned for the second time with a zinc chloride saturated solution. The key to cleaning is to ensure the effective connection between the bearing bush and tin during the casting of the rolling machinery bearing bushs, so as to make it more compact. In addition, during the maintenance process, pay attention to effectively control the casting speed and pay attention to the uniform way in the casting process to avoid the quality problems caused by the shape vacancy when the bearing is hung with tin.
2. Scraping and Repairing of Bearing Bush of Rolling Equipment
In order to realize the long-term and efficient operation of the bearing bushs, it is very important to improve the lubrication characteristics of the bearing bush. However, from the perspective of scraping and grinding of bearing bushs, reasonable use of scraping and grinding can effectively improve its adaptive bearing area, which is an important method for uniform bearing, that is, to install a layer of invisible high-grade oil film outside the bearing bush. Therefore, during the overhaul, this scraping method is adopted. The scraping contact angle of the bearing area of the bearing bush must be controlled at about 80 ° and the scraping operation shall be conducted in the way of sharpening to the middle. In general, the basic size of the bearing bushs grinding point should be controlled above 25mm × 25mm. The key point of this link is that during the scraping and grinding process, the feed direction of the scraper in the next step should keep the cross shape according to the feed direction of the scraper in the previous step, always maintain this summary and interaction mode, and improve the smoothness of subsequent burr repair of the scraper on this basis.
3. Maintenance of Bearing Alloy Surface Defects of Rolling Equipment
In order to avoid the air hole and gas slag quality problems on the surface of bearing bush alloy affecting the casting of the bearing bush, it is necessary to control the casting temperature properly and effectively during the maintenance process. Generally, if the temperature is too high during pouring, the bearing bush alloy surface will have excellent fluidity. Because of this factor, a better filling effect will also be shown when casting the bearing bushs. In the past, when we overhauled the steel rolling equipment, the slag inclusion quality of ICBC was affected. At the same time, it should be noted that the pouring temperature should not be too high, so as to avoid surface porosity and quality defects caused by oxidation reaction when the bearing pad suction increases. In short, when casting and rolling equipment-bearing shells, attention should be paid to ensure the filling capacity of the liquid-bearing shell alloy when selecting the temperature, so as to make it play its role, and avoid surface defects and quality problems. Generally, the temperature during pouring is 230-250 ℃, and the bearing bushs of rolling equipment and the shaft core of rolling equipment is effectively preheated at 150 ℃ before pouring.
