High-Quality Control of Monoblock Wire Rod Mill

The non-twist finishing mill in a high-speed monoblock wire rod mill is the most complete rolling mill for wire rod production. It is more reasonable than any other rolling mill in the past.

The high-speed wire rod rolling mill has flexible technology, complete control means, wide variety and specification of wire, and can produce various high-quality wire rods.

In the quality control of workshop design, it is necessary for each process to have the ability to produce high-quality wire rods:

(1) Guarantee the quality of raw materials.

The raw material section is required to have the means of testing, checking, cleaning and grinding of raw materials, so that the input raw materials have the conditions for producing high-quality wire rods.

(2) Walking beam reheating furnace is adopted to ensure flexible heating system.

(3) Flat-vertical unit is used in rough rolling in single-line production to reduce scratch.

(4) Rolling mill guide and hard rolls are used as far as possible to ensure surface quality of the rolled piece.
