135 Finishing Mill Group

Finishing mill group is the extra-heavy top cross 45° high-speed wire rod finishing mills designed for the high-speed wire rod production line.

The finishing mill group is located in the high-speed wire rod workshop. Rolling by 10 unit rack continuous micro-tension rolling mill, rolling the Φ17~Φ21 mm of rolled piece transported from upstream into Φ5.5~Φ16 mm finished wire rod. The mill guaranteed exit speed is 90 m/s. (When the specification of the finished product is Φ5.5 mm)

The finishing mill group is located in the high-speed wire rod workshop. Rolling by 10 units rack continuous micro-tension rolling mill, rolling the Φ17~Φ21 mm of rolled piece transported from upstream into Φ5.5~Φ16 mm finished wire rod. The mill guaranteed exit speed is 90 m/s. (When the specification of the finished product is Φ5.5 mm)

 

Finishing mill unit is combined with ten mills, speed increasing box, support base, arc coupling, waterproof slot, waterproof plate, the protective cover, piping and guide of finishing mill. Mill frame is composed of three Æ200mills and seven Æ150 mills, frame use top crossed 45° composition form to achieve no twisting, no contact axis, little axis and shock for equipment, besides, it decreases the center of gravity height, the stability increased as well, in the meantime, the total weight has decreased and it is easy to maintain. Ten frames are the concentrated transmission.

 

Finishing mill uses top cross 45º layout, reducing equipment center of gravity height, increasing the stability of the unit, reducing the weight of the equipment, operation and maintenance more convenient as well.

 

Adjacent rolling mill stand are arranged at 90º to each other, achieving no-twist rolling.
