1. Design basis

1.1 Production scale: 650,000 tons/year hot-rolled disc strip for the single-line production line.
1.2 Product Specifications: Φ 5.5~ Φ 16 mm hot rolled smooth disc.
1.3 Steel types: low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel and other carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, low carbon alloy steel, cold heading steel, welding rod steel, etc.
1.4 Raw material specification: 150 × 150 × 6000-12000mm.
1.5 Production process equipment level: continuous rolling, single-line rolling, guaranteed speed of finished product export 105 m/s (rolling) Φ 5.5mm or Φ 6.5mm specification) and 1000-2000Kg single disc weight.
1.6 The production line adopts a full continuous, torsion-free, temperature control and rolling process.
1.7 Main rolling equipment in finishing and pre-finishing areas

Finished rolling mill Φ 230 (8) × 2 × Two sets of 45-degree overhead torsionless heavy-duty MINI units. Rolling mills are arranged in groups and driven separately by their respective motors to form two sets of mill configurations for high-speed non-twist rolling.

Output: 650,000 tons/year for smooth wire.
Finished product size: Φ 5.5~ Φ 16mm hot-rolled smooth disc.
Rolling speed: design speed: 120 m/s guarantee rolling speed: 105m/s ( Φ 5.5 or Φ 6.5 mm product)
Rolled steel: low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel and other carbon structural steel, cold heading steel, welding rod steel, low alloy steel, etc.
Product standard: round coil bar: YB4027-91/GB/T14981-94/GB6478-86/GB1222-84
Product Delivery Status: Delivery in a tight bale.
Coil outer diameter: approx. Φ 1250mm
