Roughing rolling mill is a machine for rolling steel.
Rough rolling is in the middle of heating and intermediate rolling mill, and its function is to process the heated slab by a roughing rolling mill into an intermediate blank that satisfies the finishing requirements (specification, temperature, surface quality, plate type).
The main drive system of roughing mill can be simplified to two straight series multi-quality systems, which are upper shaft branches and lower shaft branches.
Roughing rolling mill organic front machine after turning steel roller, machine front pusher, foot plate, arch, upper support roller balancing device, step pad, work roll, work roll balance, oil film bearing, backup roll, input and output guide, transmission system with main shaft balance, the work roll changing device, the backup roll changing device, and the frame roller.

2. Feeding material: Billets from 60*60mm up to 200*200mm;
