The main reasons for the vibration of the wire rod mill laying head (laying head pipe) and the solutions are as follows:(1) The vibration of the body caused by the fluctuation of motor speed should be optimized or the rolling process should be optimized;
(2) the vibration caused by the misalignment of coupling or the loosening of bolts should be corrected again, and the radial deviation should not exceed 0.1mm;
(3) Vibration caused by bearing damage or excessive clearance in gearbox should be checked annually to see whether bearing clearance meets the standard;

(5) Vibration caused by cracking or dynamic unbalance of the laying head cone plate should be checked regularly for cracking of the laying head cone, loss of the dynamic balance block, and dynamic balance after installation of the laying head pipe and the laying head plate;
(6) Vibration caused by the excessive gap between the laying head cone, the laying head plate, and the enclosure. When the gap is less than 2 mm, friction between the laying head plate and the enclosure will be caused by the fever of the laying head cone, so the enclosure should be repaired. Grinding, when the clearance is greater than 4 mm, will lead to steel jamming in the clearance, which will cause laying head cone and body damage.
(7) The dynamic unbalance of the laying head pipes causes vibration, the weight, material and wall thickness of the laying head pipes are not standardized, the bending curve of the laying head pipe is not standardized, the installation of the clamp of the laying head pipe is not standardized, the serious wear and tear of the laying head pipes or the bonding of the oxide sheet will lead to dynamic unbalance, and the laying head pipe should be replaced in time.
(7) The dynamic unbalance of the laying head pipes causes vibration, the weight, material and wall thickness of the laying head pipes are not standardized, the bending curve of the laying head pipe is not standardized, the installation of the clamp of the laying head pipe is not standardized, the serious wear and tear of the laying head pipes or the bonding of the oxide sheet will lead to dynamic unbalance, and the laying head pipe should be replaced in time.
