1. Check the blade of the flying shears. Adjust the gap and the flying shear speed.
2. The height of the guide groove before and after cutting needs to be adjusted to the appropriate height.
3. Adjust the starting coefficient of the double-length flying shear. If the tail of the double-sized ruler is bent, it is too small to cause the head to bend or even pile the steel. Fine adjustment of the lead amount until the cut is smooth, and the degree of curvature meets the requirements, and complete elimination is unlikely.
4. Check the start position and braking position of the flying shears, إنه, whether the speed curve is reasonable.
