1. Try not to let some unclean stains enter the spline matching surface of cardan shaft.
2. The spline of cardan shaft shall not be close to the root of the engine and the place of operation.
When assembling the cardan shaft flange, it is necessary to clean up the rust and some oil stains on the connecting surface, and then clean up the possible adhesion on the cardan shaft, which will lead to insufficient friction during the use of cardan shaft assembly, reduce the relative contact effect and other bad effects.
When the cardan shaft is in operation, it should not be overloaded for a long time, which is easy to cause problems.
After the cardan shaft is operated once, it is necessary to check the connecting screw of its flange and other places. If it is loose, it shall be tightened again to maintain its stable state.
